A second collaboration is always something special.
Only a few years after completing their first home with us, our clients entrusted Arts at Home once again with the planning and realization of their new living space — this time an attic apartment overlooking Lake Zürich.
The project was developed around the quiet strength of the location: natural light, generous views and a sense of calm that flows through the entire interior. Warm woods, natural stone, soft textiles and carefully selected metal accents create a balanced atmosphere — elegant, understated and deeply liveable.
Every room was designed with continuity in mind. The kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathrooms follow one coherent language, where functionality and comfort are seamlessly integrated into the architecture. Custom-made elements, refined surfaces and a restrained palette allow the lake view and the changing light to become part of the interior.
The result is a timeless home with a strong sense of belonging — personal, serene and precise in every detail.
